The design of a tower has imagined forcible development of Busan city. It is the form where it rises toward the sea and the world.In an animate city area, a hill has an identity as green hill. People can result aiming at this hill also in somewhere. The facilities on a hill has the open space which can perform various activities and performance free. We propose a plan as a symbol of development of Busan city.

Circumference area is developed quickly. Yongdu hill park is the environment enclosed by the skyscraper. In it, the hill will serve as precious green. Moreover, it will emphasize the identity of a hill more. The plan utilized the form of a hill as much as possible.The main portions of the building except a tower are arranged underground on a hill. The roof of a building was made into the open space which covered with grass, and made the green hill follow a building.

Symbolic architecture is reflecting transition of the technology of a time in the past.
The new possibility has been expressed in a Simple form. The tower of a plan is going up at the angle of 60 degrees toward the south upper part. It is a direction which goes in the sky and the sea. Busan metropolitan city makes a presentiment of the future of the development which should follow from now on have, and, probably, symbolizes it.By development of a circumference area, while a high-rise skyscraper stands close together, the tower of the slant built on this slightly elevated hill will have a stronger identity in Busan city.
